Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website and may be subject to specific terms.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been shipped.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist you in checking the shipment status.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged package and product so we can review the issue.
